CITF Portal User Guide<\/h1>\n

NEW!! Since 1 September 2023, applicants shall provide all necessary information within 3 months from the date of application. Failure to provide the requested information within the mentioned period, its application will be rejected due to insufficient information.<\/div>\n
From 1 November 2022 onwards, Optional Earlier Disbursement Arrangement is available. Applicable to Advanced Construction Technologies and Building Information Modelling Adoption (Software and Hardware)<\/div>\n

Setup an Account<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Click \u2018Register Account<\/strong>\u2019 for a new user account before applying.<\/li>\n
  2. Register only one account for each individual applicant <\/strong>(company \/ organisation).<\/li>\n
  3. Once registered, please \u2018Login\u2019 to make necessary action<\/strong> including submitting applications, reviewing application status, checking application history, making Disbursement Request and reading announcement from the CITF Secretariat.<\/li>\n
  4. Read<\/strong> the details of \u2018Application Framework\u2019<\/strong> under Funding Scope and \u2018Application Procedure\u2019<\/strong> under Application in http:\/\/www.citf.cic.hk<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To Apply<\/h3>\n

    1. Complete both \u2018Particulars of the Applicant\u2019 and details of the selected \u2018Type of Application\u2019.<\/li>\n
    2. Click \u2018Save\u2019 button to retain filled information.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the \u2018Type of Application\u2019 (Building Information Modelling (BIM), Advanced Construction Technology (ACT) and Prefabricated Steel Rebar (STB), Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Manpower Development (MPD)).<\/li>\n
    4. Fill in the requested fields and upload the following information (in JPEG or PDF format).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      8. Shareholder Details (applicable for all individual shareholders who hold 30% or more of the shares)<\/li>\n
      9. Objectives and expected benefits of the project and Implementation Plan (detailed information on how the plan could achieve the objectives in a cost-effective way) (250 words)<\/li>\n

        4. One Bank Statement in the last 3 months showing the account holder\u2019s name and account number which match the Applicant\u2019s name and bank account no. stated in the Application Form<\/li>\n
        5. Application form with Management Representative Signature and Company\/Official Chop (Once you have completed all the necessary information, this portal can generate a completed application form automatically). Please check that all information provided is accurate before signing the form and upload the electronic version to the portal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
